An organic bean coming from Chanchamayo, Peru. Grown at 3500 ft, this bean has some excellent notes and a full body of flavor. Coming from the La Florida Cooperative with a strong focus on Fair Trade and environmental sustainability. This Coop has previously won 6th place in Peru’s national coffee competition.
