This vibrant lot comes from the foothills of the Poas volcano in Costa Rica. Grown by the Chacon family on a farm that specializes in producing specialty coffees. The beans are hand picked only once the sugar content has reached a specific level, then the beans are fermented and processed, giving this bean an exceptionally sweet profile. Expect a lively cup!
