Sourced from the El Vergel estate in Colombia and grown at 4,500 feet, this Red and Yellow Caturra lot is sun-dried and fermented for 60 hours before being decaffeinated using the sugarcane (ethyl acetate) process. The result is a clean, flavorful cup that keeps the vibrant fruit character instead of stripping it away.
