This exceptional bean from the Sidamo region in Ethiopia is truly something special.  Grown on the Haiemariam farm at 7400 ft above sea level.  This small farm specializes in high quality beans and is known for some amazing flavors. Naturally processed and fermented to really bring out this beans sweetness.
