Coming from Daterra Brazil this is an exceptional bean. This region is one of the top producing coffee regions in the world.  This bean comes from small lots that are hand selected and picked at peak ripeness, this yields a top quality coffee. Pulped anaerobic fermented and then sun dried for 8 days and finished in a drum drier.
