A black tea from China that is smoked over pine roots. This gives it a unique smokey flavor. Not only does this make for a great drinking tea hot or cold but it can also be used in cooking! Try adding it to soups or stocks.

- Scoop a heaping teaspoon of tea into infuser.
- Heat water to 200° F (just before boiling).
- Pour 8 oz. of water over tea leaves.
- Steep tea for 3-5 minutes (depending on taste preference).
- Remove infuser and enjoy.
