WOW what a bean!  Coming from the Gesha and Gori forest area in Ethiopia, the birth place of Gesha coffee.Grown in a mixed agriculture/ forest method at 6000 ft to provide the perfect conditions for the coffee plants. The coffee is harvested at peak ripeness and fermented with the cherry for 82 hours before being sun dried for 26 days.
