An amazing honey process Geisha anaerobic coming from 6000ft above sea level. From the esteemed Finca Santa Barbara this is a delightful treat. A small specialty farm that is known for producing some great coffee and doing some experimentation with processing. This bean is fermented for 5 days and then honey processed and dried for 20-30 days. This gives this bean a very sweet profile.
